How to Get in Touch
The best way to reach us is by email. If you have a question, a correction to flag, or just something you want to say about the site, send a message to [email protected] and we'll get back to you as soon as we can. We try to respond within a couple of days, though occasionally it takes a little longer — we're a small team and sometimes things pile up.
We read every message that comes in. That's not a line we throw around lightly — it's genuinely true. So if something feels off about a review, or you spotted information that looks outdated, please do say so. That kind of feedback actually helps us keep things accurate.
What You Can Write to Us About
Pretty much anything related to the site itself. Maybe you disagree with something we wrote, or you think we missed an angle worth covering. Maybe there's a casino you'd like us to look at, or you noticed a broken piece of content somewhere. All of that is fair game. What we can't help with is anything related to your actual casino account — withdrawals, bonuses, account issues — that's between you and the operator, and we have no involvement there whatsoever.
We also hear from people in the industry from time to time — PR contacts, affiliate managers, that sort of thing. We do accept those emails too, at the same address. We can't promise a response to every outreach, but we do read them.
A Note on Response Times
We aim to reply within 48 hours on weekdays. Realistically, if you write over a weekend, expect to hear back early the following week. There's no automated system on our end — a real person reads and replies, which we think is better, even if it's occasionally slower. If you haven't heard back after four or five days, it's worth sending a follow-up just in case something slipped through.
Editorial and Corrections
Getting things right matters to us more than looking like we got things right. If a review contains an error — a wrong figure, a misrepresented policy, anything factually off — please email us with as much detail as you can. We'd rather be corrected than leave something misleading sitting on the site. We'll look into it and update the content if the concern holds up. No drama, just a straightforward fix.
